Shug’s seasoning is low sodium & it tastes absolutely incredible. She measures it just right and you can taste the love she puts into it!! Definitely recommend her products if you need a boost of flavor.

I now use Shug's seasoning on all my Southern dishes: white beans, mustard and collard greens, chicken, and pork! It's delicious and so easy to use! Here's a pot of white beans I recently made!

Let me tell you Shugs Gumbo !! AMAZING ! 😻 So delicious and one of my favorite things to cook from her cookbook (which is a MUST BUY btw) I made this on a cold night with my sister, nephew, and brother n law and we all loved it so much we ate it for two nights and had to freeze the rest. I definitely recommend!

I'm not saying that Shug's seasoning won us second place in people's choice at our first blackpot cookoff...but Shug's was the only seasoning we used on our wild rabbit! I've also received thanks when I've cooked Shug's redbeans from the cookbook. And my husband even loved those turnips!! Recipes are simple and easy to follow. If you don't know how to cook (and even if you do), you can become an authentic Southern cook with Shug's cookbook and seasoning!
