Position Description

 The Customer Service Representative (CSR): Primarily answers incoming calls for major brands. Depending on brand, representative may assist customers with placing orders, verifying orders for accuracy, gathering information for credit applications or taking orders for books or sporting goods. Representatives may even assist clients with booking vacations and cruises! However, ALL brands REQUIRE a pleasant attitude, willingness to WORK, attention to detail and the UNIQUE ABILITY to service without supervision! The ability to MULTI-TASK is crucial to being a successful CSR.
